MOCK DRAFT

Ringo’s Mock NFL Draft which basically means you can mock my foolish predictions like usual haha! This will be updated a lot (like virtually daily) as we move closer to draft day (Thursday April 24) when things become less murky. Disclaimer note- I don’t have inside info. This is just me doing my best to read the tea leaves. If you’re going to bet the NFL Draft, please only bet what you can afford to lose, otherwise just kick back and enjoy the draft!

Note**- Mock will be turned in on Wed night April 22nd for The Huddle Report Mock Draft Contest. Fantasy Pros Mock Draft Contest deadline Is Thursday April 23, 2026 before the draft starts, thus some of the picks differ from this version to coincide with the latest information. Here’s a little background music for my fellow draftniks.

1. LAS VEGAS - QB Fernando Mendoza Indiana

2. N.Y. JETS EDGE Arvell Reese Ohio St switch to 3-4 defense Jets need pass rushers David Bailey is also a possibility.

3. ARIZONA OT Spencer Fano Utah Cards have a lot of holes. GM Monte Ossenfort is on the hot seat. They need QB, EDGE, and OL help. No QB is worth this pick, so I think they go o-line. Rumor is the Cards love Fano. Francis Mauigoa is viewed as a Guard by many teams and guards don’t get drafted high.

4. TENNESSEE RB Jeremiyah Love Notre Dame

5. N.Y. GIANTS David Bailey Texas Tech LB Sonny Styles WR Carnell Tate and S Caleb Downs are also in play here

6. CLEVELAND OT Monroe Freeling Georgia Browns have major holes on their o-line going into free agency. So far they’ve added: OT Tytus Howard (trade), G Zion Johnson, and and C/G Elgton Jenkins. Freeling’s stock is soaring after a good combine. QB Ty Simpson could be in play here.

7. WASHINGTON DE Rueben Bain Jr. Miami- Washington prefers EDGE here. Rueben Bain Jr. is not getting past Washington. It sounds like Washington is going Edge unless the top 3 guys are gone, then Carnell Tate is a possibility.

8. NEW ORLEANS WR Carnell Tate Ohio St The word is that the Saints are going WR. Tate seems like the favorite but Lemon could also be in play. Olave is often injured and they traded Shaheed last year. S Caleb Downs and RB Jeremiyah Love are possible if they go in a different direction.

9. KANSAS CITY- S Caleb Downs Ohio St DL, TE, S Chiefs need a safety after losing Bryan Cook to the Bengals in free agency. Downs is a good one.

10. CINCINNATI- LB Sonny Styles Ohio St

11. MIAMI OT Francis Mauigoa Miami Dolphins are a potential trade down team to accumulate more picks. Maybe the Browns trade up for Ty Simpson? TE Kenyan Sadiq a possibility here as well.

12. DALLAS Edge R. Mason Thomas Oklahoma switch to 3-4 defense. need pass rushers.

13. L.A. RAMS WR Maikai Lemon USC

14. BALTIMORE G Vega Ioane Penn St

15. TAMPA BAY Edge Cashius Howell Texas A&M Short arms, but very good player. Edge, TE, or Inside LB.

16. N.Y. JETS- CB Mansoor Delane LSU Heavy need on defense

17. DETROIT DE Keldric Faulk Auburn Lions like Faulk. Needs OL, Edge, CB, S, & ILB

18. MINNESOTA S Dillon Thieneman Oregon Rumor is the Vikes are going Safety

19. CAROLINA TE Kenyan Sadiq Oregon Signed Jaelon Phillips

20. DALLAS CB Brandon Cisse South Carolina Switch to 3-4 defense. Dallas could be eyeing ILB Jacob Rodriguez in 2nd rd so they could go CB here. Knows Cowboys’ secondary coach from recruting.

21. PITTSBURGH DL Kayden McDonald Ohio St OL DL

22. L.A. CHARGERS DL Peter Woods Clemson Chargers want to go DT or Edge.

23. PHILADELPHIA OT Kayden Proctor Alabama Note- the rumor is Jalen Carter is on the trade block. If the Eagles trade Carter, DT could also be in play here.

24. CLEVELAND QB Ty Simpson Alabama- Browns are doing a lot of work on Simpson. They could trade up from here or down from pick 6 to secure him. He could go in the first twelve picks.

25. CHICAGO Edge Zion Young Missouri Bears are most likely going defense with several holes on DL EDGE

26. BUFFALO DL Caleb Banks Florida Bills could trade down to get more picks after trading a 2nd rd pick for D.J. Moore

27. SAN FRANCISCO OT Caleb Lomu Utah

28. HOUSTON OT Blake Miller Clemson Texans need OL help

29. KANSAS CITY CB Colton Hood Tennessee

30. DENVER LB C.J. Allen Georgia Broncos rumored to be looking at LB with this pick.
